I'm a Computer Science student at IU Indianapolis with hands-on experience in IT systems administration and technical support. Currently serving as an IT Intern at the Indiana State Senate, I manage critical infrastructure including committee streaming systems, AWS cloud services, Active Directory administration, and comprehensive technical support.
My role involves troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, managing ticket requests through FreshService, maintaining streaming infrastructure for legislative proceedings, and supporting cloud-based systems. I'm passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world problems and continuously expanding my technical skill set.

- Committee Streaming Management: Oversee and maintain live streaming infrastructure for legislative committee proceedings, ensuring reliable broadcast of government sessions to the public
- Technical Support: Manage FreshService ticket queue, providing tier 1 and tier 2 support for hardware and software issues affecting legislative staff and operations
